Stoneridge Apartments

Acquired as part of a portfolio acquisition in early 2016, Stoneridge Apartments is a 150-unit apartment and townhouse property that increased the Ohio holdings of DBC Real Estate to almost 900 units.  Stoneridge is located just to the northwest of Dayton off of Interstate 70, providing easy commuter access to both downtown Dayton and all of the northern suburbs.  The intersection node at Interstate 70 is undergoing new retail and commercial development, and the new regional hospital located very close to the Stoneridge property has already undertaken further expansion.

Stoneridge provides an attractive and secure community for those employed nearby, and has maintained a solid reputation for sound management.  DBC Real Estate identified Stoneridge as the best property in the immediate market and concluded that the property would remain the best value for any resident looking for the right combination of quality and rental rate.  The property includes a clubhouse with a fitness center, party room, laundry center, and management offices, as well as a pool.  The property is located very close to new retail services and the regional hospital.

DBC Real Estate structured the acquisition of Stoneridge with Fannie Mae mortgage financing.  Operations at the property since acquisition have already evidenced stronger financial results as DBC continues to implement its management methods and polices.
